1. How can I raise a complaint?

You can use issue tracker to raise a complaint and track the status of your complaint.


2. I have done duplicate transactions. How can I get a refund for one transaction?

We request you to post your query with the transaction details for a refund here. In case of any additional support, you may please contact the CMS College office.


3. I want to cancel the transaction.

We request you to contact the CMS COLLEGE OFFICE for queries regarding transaction cancellation or refund.


4. I have done transaction but I have not received the receipt.

Once you have done transaction and not received receipt, you will receive the credit in your account within 5-7 working days from the date of transaction. In case of non-receipt of credit, we request you to post a query with the transaction details here.


5. I have not received my refund.

Once a refund is initiated, you should get the credit in your bank account within 5-7 business days, failing which you can raise a query here.


6. What are the different payment modes?

You can make payments through cash (special cases), cards (credit, debit), UPI, Internet Banking, mobile banking and wallets.


7. How do I resolve UPI issues?

If you face any UPI issues, try waiting for a while and retrying the transaction. If the problem persists, contact your bank or the UPI service provider directly. Insufficient balance can often be resolved by ensuring you have enough funds in your account.
