Once you have done transaction and not received receipt, you will receive the credit in your account within 5-7 working days from the date of transaction. In case of non-receipt of credit, we request you to post a query with the transaction details here.
Once a refund is initiated, you should get the credit in your bank account within 5-7 business days, failing which you can raise a query here.
You can make payments through cash (special cases), cards (credit, debit), UPI, Internet Banking, mobile banking and wallets.
If you face any UPI issues, try waiting for a while and retrying the transaction. If the problem persists, contact your bank or the UPI service provider directly. Insufficient balance can often be resolved by ensuring you have enough funds in your account.
